3 Weeks Out From the Cronus

Since today is the "OFFICIAL" 3-weeks out mark from The Cronus "Gods of the Stage" ( www.thecronus.com ) and I have been asked to compete as one of the top 12 natural pro bodybuilders in this event and finally officially sent in my contract I thought I should start a blog to capture my last 3 weeks of prep.  I'm going to link up a blog here, post a blog here, have links to my facebook athlete page (Kyle Harris Athlete), and I'm hoping to get some pictures and video to coincide with the final weeks.
Since this is the ALR section and I am an ALR athlete (HELL YEAH!!!!!! cuz ALR ROCKS!) I'll be posting my supplement regime, diet, training, etc... here as well.
I spent the last couple weeks a busy man.  ON July 16th I won the light weight at the NPC Natural Michigan and then proceeded to head to Tennessee with my family for a much needed vacation.  In Tennessee we did TONS of walking, hiking, mountain climbing, played in waterfalls, hit up Dollywood, shopping (ugh), and I watched my wife and daughter eat loads of yummy food while I wolfed down chicken breast, sweet potatoes, broccoli, & almonds.  I did treat myself to a 6 oz filet one night and damn was it good.
While on vacation a typical day of mine went like this:
·       6:30 AM - Wake, 1 Hyperdrive Hardcore, 1 sv Humapro, 10 Minute walk up hill to fitness center
·       6:50 AM - 30-40 Minutes of cardio while sipping 2 sv Chain'd Out
·       7:30 AM - 10-minutes of stretching
·       8:00 AM - Meal 1 + 1 T-X, 1 Pro Anabol
·       9:00 AM - 1 sc WTF Pump'd
·       9:15 AM - Train while Sipping 2 sv Chain'd Out
·       10:45 AM - 1 sv Humapro
·       11:15 AM - Meal 2 & off for the day to do whatever it was we were doing!
·       2:00 PM - Meal 3* + 1 Hyperdrive Hardcore, 1 T-X, 1 Pro Anabol
·       5:00 PM - Meal 4*
·       8:00 PM - Meal 5* + 1 T-X, 1 Pro Anabol
·       10:30 PM - Meal 6
·       2-3 Lean Dreams
·       Middle of the night - 1 sv HP
On days I trained I did the above.  On days I did cardio only I pounded my cardio and we left the resort earlier to do FAMILY FUN STUFF!  *
I typically had either a sv of Humapro or 1-1.5 sv of Chain'd Out between meals 2 & 3, 3 & 4, & 5 & 6 depending on what we were doing.  For example, when hiking I'd mix up 1 to 2 sv of Chain'd Out and sip on it while hiking, OR I'd pop 5-8 Humapro tabs to stay anabolic. 
HP & CO were life savers.  Very low calories and we logged between 7 and 15 miles each day other than our travel days and our last day of vacation.  I figured I'd get home and drop significant weight, but I was actually the same weight I was the week of my previous show and my legs are considerably leaner and my upper body actually fuller than at the same wait 2 weeks ago. 
Yesterday, on our way home from Tennessee (a 7.5-8 hour drive), we decided to stop in Columbus to go to University Hospital.  My wife's 20 year old cousin was diagnosed with cancer only 2 years ago and the prognosis was grim.  He's been fighting, but the tumor is very aggressive.  They had to have emergency brain surgery last week and he had complications and brain swelling resulting in dangerous levels of fluid.  He had to have the fluid removed in another operation and was in critical condition, but receiving visitors.  We stopped and said hello and then met Kristy's parents for dinner as they were in town visiting and attending the Ohio State Fair.  Long story short, we got in our car at 9:30 AM and got home at 11:30 PM.  Long day.  Luckily I banged out my cardio first thing in the morning and did some light stretching.

9:00 - Meal 1 - 13 Egg Whites, 100 Grams Sweet Potato, Multi, T-X, Pro Anabol, Zero Stim

12:30 - Meal 2 - 6 oz Chicken, 100 Grams Sweet Potato
2:30 - Hyperdrive 3.0, 1 sv Chain'd Out, Posing Practice
3:00 - Meal 3 - 6 oz Chicken, 1 TBSP Natural PB,Broccoli,  T-X, Pro Anabol,

WEIGHT:  157
Up at 7:00 AM today.  Did my 45-minutes of cardio, ate meal 1, got my daughter up and ready, packed for the day, and picked my mom up.  We were headed to the Zoo in Toledo, about an hour away, for a LUNCH WITH DORA and Fisher Price Play Day.  What a blast.  It was 98 degrees, but humidity was seasonably low so it was bearable and the lunch was inside and air conditioned.  After lunch we got to meet and greet with Dora, take some pictures, then we went to play with all sorts of Fisher Price toys and drive those mini motorized cars.  We also hit the large play yard at the zoo for some climbing, swimming, dam building, etc...  When we got home I did some posing practice, holding all 1/4 turns and mandatories for 20 seconds each, took a short break to get some Chain'd Out, then hit a few extra poses to practice foot, hand, body, etc... placement, and then an additional 25-minutes of low intensity cardio.  On days like today, Humapro & Chain'd Out are serious saviors.  I can mix some up in some shaker bottles and pack them in my cooler.  With the heat and all the walking and me purposely trying to space meals out both HP and CO really help get you by in terms of suppressing appetite and more importantly keeping you hydrated and anabolic!
3:30 AM - Woke-up - took 6 Tabs Humapro
7:00 - 1 sv Humapro, 1 Hyperdrive Hardcore, 2 sv Chain'd Out (sipped during cardio)
              Cardio:  15-minutes Elliptical (at highest incline & 6 resistance - 150 BPM)
                             30-minutes treadmill (3.5 MPH, 8% Incline - 145 BPM)
                             15-minutes of lower body stretching
8:30 AM - Meal 1:  13 Egg Whites, 1 Grams Sweet Potato + T-X, Pro Anabol,
